Why Choose Grief Coaching

Losing a loved one is one of the most lonely and painful experiences you will go though in life. It can be hard knowing how to pick up the pieces and move forward with your life after.

If your feeling stuck in your grief, as a grief coach I’m here to walk beside you on this journey, not trying to fix you, as there is nothing to fix. But to support you with endless compassion, empathy, and love. Grief is often misunderstood and many people in your life don’t understand how you’re feeling. It’s truly something only those who have gone through can fully understand. With having lost my late husband suddenly in a car accident, I have the kind of experience you can only get by going through it. I am here to listen with an open heart, without any judgment or opinion. To let you honor your grief and your loved one by letting you grieve in a natural and normal way. I will walk with you, to uplift and encourage you, creating a safe and healing place to express your grief and sorrow.

If your ready to start picking up the pieces and find a new normal for your life, I will help you navigate through that by not pushing your pain aside or trying to forget your loved one, but by using your pain to expand and improve who you are while still honoring your loved one.

Grief is not an illness that needs to be treated. Instead, it can empower you to open yourself up to allow the normal and natural responses to loss.

Together we can design personalized and achievable goals that revolve around rebuilding what the loss of a loved one has torn down. Goals that will help build new strengths and find the very best parts of who you truly are. I can see your strengths and talents and will hold up a mirror for you to see too.

Grief coaching is flexible and convenient. I offer in-person, telephone, or video chat appointments, with a different range of packages that best suit your needs. Packages can always be re-assessed at the end.

Grief coaching is available to anyone grieving the loss of someone they love.
