During the 12 weeks you will:

We don’t have a choice in when we say goodbye to our loved ones. But we do have a choice with how we choose to move forward. It’s so easy to get stuck in our grief, we often fight the reality we’ve been given which only intensifies the pain and suffering.

But if you choose to allow yourself to surrender your reality and allow your grief to transform you, rising from the pile of ashes grief left you in, you can start to flow with your feelings, embrace the lessons life is showing you, and create meaning from your loss.

Will meet over zoom for 12 weeks for 90 minutes. Each week you will receive a section of the workbook and during our time together will go over the workbook and tools for the week that will help you cope with the grief.
